Job Description
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Coordinator Rangers to provide operational leadership to our Ranger Unit, ensuring the effective delivery of regulatory services, community engagement, administration, and frontline response. In this key role, you will lead and mentor staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure consistent application of legislation and procedures while maintaining high service standards. You will play a pivotal role in driving team performance, improving service delivery, and responding to community needs, while aligning operational activities with the organisation’s strategic direction and priorities.

What You Will Bring
You will bring demonstrated experience in regulatory or compliance environments, strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support staff, and a proactive approach to coordinating operations and resources, while confidently applying legislation, managing complex issues, engaging with diverse stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement to deliver high-quality services and positive community outcomes.
Must Have : Certificate IV (or higher) in Local Government (Regulatory Control), Government Investigations, or other related discipline(s) and/or significant experience in a comparable regulatory environment, Current National Criminal History check (less than 6 months old), Current C class driver’s license to be able to drive in the NT.
Please note:Acurrent National Police Clearance, issued within the last six (6) months, is an essential requirement for this position.
