Job Description
What we are looking For:
We’re looking for a capable and proactive Project Manager – Civil and Road Infrastructure who can confidently coordinate and deliver civil works projects from planning through to completion. You’ll bring strong technical knowledge, project management expertise and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards. With the ability to manage contracts, provide sound advice and navigate compliance requirements, you will play a key role in delivering infrastructure outcomes that meet Council and community expectations, while contributing to continuous improvement across project delivery.

What You Will Bring:
You are an experienced and solutions-focused professional with a strong track record in delivering civil infrastructure projects from planning through to completion. You bring the ability to manage contractors, budgets and project performance while balancing scope, time, cost and quality requirements. With well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you confidently prepare reports and negotiate outcomes across diverse groups. Your analytical mindset enables you to interpret standards, resolve complex issues and provide practical advice. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with sound judgement and professionalism, while contributing to continuous improvement. Your technical capability, combined with proficiency in systems such as MS Project and AutoCAD, ensures you consistently deliver high-quality project outcomes that make a real impact.
Must Have: Current National Criminal History Check, Current C Class Driver Licence (NT or equivalent), Relevant qualification in project management, civil engineering, construction, or a related discipline (Certificate IV, Diploma or higher).
