What You Will Bring:
You will bring proven experience in community development, youth work, or project management, along with a strong ability to engage and build positive relationships with diverse groups, including young people and key stakeholders. You are highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with demonstrated experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating programs, events, and initiatives that respond to community needs. Your ability to communicate effectively—both written and verbal—combined with experience in mentoring staff and managing projects, will enable you to drive successful outcomes. You thrive both independently and as part of a team, manage competing priorities with confidence, and bring a strong commitment to professionalism, accountability, and delivering impactful community outcomes.
Must Have: Qualifications in youth work, community development, or other related discipline, Current ‘C’ class driver's license to be able to drive in the NT, Current ‘Working with Children’ clearance (Ochre Card), and Current criminal history check.
