Job Description

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished Senior Project Manager - Civil and Road Infrastructure who is passionate about shaping communities through the delivery of high-impact infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to take ownership of major civil, transport and road infrastructure initiatives, driving projects from concept to completion while influencing strategic outcomes across the organisation. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in project delivery, contract management, stakeholder engagement and governance, combined with the confidence to provide expert technical advice and lead complex decision-making. You thrive in fast-paced environments, build strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders, and have a track record of delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget. Skills Shortage Allowance of up to $6,000 per annum may be available for the right applicant, subject to skills, qualifications, and experience.

Bringing a wealth of experience in delivering major civil, road and transport projects, you have the commercial insight, technical expertise and strategic mindset to drive successful outcomes in complex environments. You are a natural relationship builder who can confidently engage with executives, government agencies, contractors and community stakeholders, creating strong partnerships that deliver lasting results. Your ability to lead high-performing teams, navigate challenges, manage risk and identify opportunities for innovation sets you apart. Most importantly, you are passionate about making a tangible difference, delivering infrastructure that strengthens communities, enhances liveability and leaves a lasting legacy for future generations.

Must Have: Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline, or extensive equivalent experience in a relevant field, Current National Criminal History Check (less than six months old)., and Current Class C Driver Licence (NT or equivalent).

Please note: A current National Police Clearance, issued within the last six (6) months, is an essential requirement for this position.
