About the role
Step into a leadership role that shapes the digital future of Alice Springs. As ICT Manager at Alice Springs Town Council, you'll have the opportunity to lead transformational projects, modernise core systems and drive innovation across our organisation. You’ll be at the forefront of technology that supports essential community services in a dynamic and diverse regional setting. With a strong focus on collaboration, you’ll work closely with executive leadership, contributing to strategic decisions while mentoring a skilled and passionate team. We’re seeking a forward-thinking ICT professional with strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the technical experience to back it up. You’ll need a proven ability to manage complex ICT environments, deliver projects on time and on budget, and inspire a team through change and growth. Experience in infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and vendor management is essential, along with the ability to translate technical solutions into practical outcomes. Most importantly, we're after someone who can think big while staying grounded in-service delivery—someone who shares our commitment to working Together for Alice.
