Desired Skills and Experience
What you will bring
Proven leadership and mentoring experience within multidisciplinary teams
Ability to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building productive stakeholder relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication, initiative, and organisational skills
Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in library services, including operational management
Experience in corporate governance, risk management, budgeting, WHS, and information management
Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
