What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a passionate and energetic individual to drive youth engagement and create fun, inclusive, and meaningful opportunities for young people to connect, share their voices, and influence Council programs and events. If you enjoy working with schools, community groups, and youth service providers—and can inspire and support young people as a leader—this is your chance to join a team that values creativity, inclusivity, and community impact.

Desired Skills and Experience
What you will bring :
You’ll bring the energy and passion to support exciting youth programs and community events, connecting with young people from diverse backgrounds, schools, and community groups. With strong communication skills, you’ll be able to share feedback, report outcomes, and inspire participation. You will hold a current Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card) and a National Police Check, helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all. This casual role offers flexibility and may include evenings and weekends, giving you the chance to make a real impact in your community.
Must Have: Current National Criminal History Check; Working with Children clearance (Ochre Card).
Please note: A current National Police Clearance, issued within the last six (6) months, is an essential requirement for this position. Applicants must obtain this at their own expense, as reimbursement will not be provided.
