What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and motivated civil works professional to join our dynamic Works Depot team. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, a natural leader, and ready to oversee a variety of road, facility, and concrete maintenance projects under the general direction of the Senior Supervisor of Municipal Services.. You thrive working both independently and collaboratively, can manage resources effectively, and have a strong commitment to safety and quality. If you enjoy mentoring teams, coordinating operations, and contributing to the planning and development of essential municipal services, this is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in your community.

Bring your leadership and technical expertise to a role where you can make a real impact on your community! You will lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality outcomes across road maintenance, stormwater management, pavements, concrete works, landscaping, and other infrastructure projects. You thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, balancing priorities, managing workloads, and ensuring safety at every step. With strong communication skills, operational know-how, and a current MR Class license, you will contribute to planning, coordinate teams, and drive municipal services forward.
Must Have: Current National Criminal History Check; MR Licence.
