Job Description
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a motivated team member to help maintain our ovals, parks, and public spaces. In this role, you will carry out mowing, turf care, fertilising, spraying, and general grounds maintenance, while operating machinery such as tractor mowers, gang mowers, and spray rigs safely. You will keep accurate work records, report any issues, and work well both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate follows safety procedures, respects workplace diversity, and contributes to a positive and inclusive environment. This is a hands-on role where you can make a real difference to the community’s outdoor spaces.

In this role, you will help maintain ovals, parks, and public spaces through mowing, turf care, spraying, slashing, fertilising, and general landscaping. You will safely operate and maintain machinery like tractor mowers, gang mowers, and spray rigs, keeping work records and reporting any issues. You work well independently and as part of a team, follow safety procedures, and enjoy being outdoors in all weather. Must Have: Current Northern Territory Medium Rigid (MR) Class driver's licence, Current National Criminal History Check (less than 6 months old).
