The opportunity
Join our team as a Lifeguard at ASALC and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all facility users. This position offers a dynamic and rewarding environment where you will develop valuable lifesaving skills, provide exceptional customer service, and educate patrons on safe aquatic practices.
Your responsibilities include providing high-quality supervision, responding effectively to emergencies, ensuring facility safety and compliance, educating patrons on safe aquatic practices, and maintaining professionalism at all times.

What we would like you to bring to the team
- Ability to understand the characteristics of facility users and interact with them in a friendly, caring and respectful manner
- Ability to provide effective supervision of facility patrons and respond effectively to customer needs, ensuring a safe aquatic environment
- Ability to effectively educate facility users regarding aquatic safety and facility regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends
